Trip overview

1. Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m/4,428ft) 1,350m

   The representative of Two Brothers Trek and Expeditions will heartily welcome you at Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer to hotel.You take rest and enjoy your meal in the evening. Overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu

2. Day 2 Kathmandu: Sightseeing and trek Preparation

   After breakfast, we set out for the city sightseeing to the historical monuments. You will visit UNESCO world heritage sites, which include Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Darbar Squar, Bhaktapur Darbar Square, Swayambhunath, Bouddhanath and Pashupatinath. We will give you briefing about the trekking you begin from tomorrow at hotel. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu

3. Day 3 Drive from Kathmandu (1350m) to Nyalam (3750m) 3,750m

   After breakfast we drive from Kathmandu to Kodari. From here, a short walk to the Friendship Bridge for the drive to Zhangmu, the main entrance of Tibet. After completing the immigration formalities at Zhangmu we drive to Nyalam. From Zhangmu to Nylam is 3 to 4 hours scenic drive. Overnight at Guesthouse in Nylam

4. Day 4 Rest day at Nyalam for acclimatization

   Today we will acclimatize at Nyalam. We will take a short three hours walk through Nylam village. Overnight at Guesthouse in Nylam

5. Day 5 Drive from Nyalam to Saga (4,050 m). 5-6 hrs 4,050m

   After breakfast we drive to Nyalam enjoying the beautiful view of snow capped mountains. We will cross the high pass of Lalung La Pass from where a magnificent view of high Himalayas can be seen such as Gaurishanker, Shishapangma, and Langtang Himal. We will cross the holy river Bhramaputra and reach Saga. Overnight at hotel in Saga

6. Day 6 Drive from Saga to Mansarovar (4520m) 6 - 7 hrs 4,520m

   Today we will drive to holy Lake Mansarovar. From there we will see the first glimpse of Mount Kailash. Here we will perform a holy dip and explore around the Mansarovar lake. Overnight at Guest house

7. Day 7 Parikrama of Mansarovar by Bus/Jeep. Drive to Raksas Lake

   After breakfast, it is a day for Puja & Holy bath in the Mansarovar Lake. We will be doing Mansarover Parikrama by Jeep (4520 m) 115 km/ 4 - 5 hrs. Overnight at Guest house

8. Day 8 Parikrama to Dehara Puk (4860m) (6-8 hrs walk) 4,860m

   The first day of our Kora is a gradual walk with multitudes of other local pilgrims chanting and praying. The trail leads us to few ups and downs till we reach Dehara Puk. We will walk 18 kilometers through the valley guided by Holy Ganges River on our left and shadowed by Mount Kailash on our right. Overnight in a guesthouse or tent

9. Day 9 Parikrama continues to Dolma-La Pass (5680m) 10-12 hrs 5,680m

   Today our Kora (circumambulation) leads to highest point Dolma-La (pass) in 5680m between two valleys. Today is the hardest and holiest day of our pilgrimage Yatra. By the late afternoon we will arrive to Zuthal Puk, the Miracle Cave. Overnight in tents

10. Day 10 Parikrama ends and drive to Saga

    In the morning we will explore the caves and visit the temples and shrine that has been built around Milarepa's cave. Next we drive back to Saga. Overnight at hotel in Saga

11. Day 11 Drive to Kathmandu. (6-8 hrs)

    Early morning, we will drive from Saga to Zhangmu and Friendship Bridge where we will clear customs and continue our journey to Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu

12. Day 12 Final departure

    The representative of Two Brothers Trek and Expedition will drop you to the Tribhuvan International Airport before 3 hours of your scheduled flight and wishes to have a safe journey
